Open a new task in Claude Cowork and say "Set up my Chief of Staff"

This skill runs in Claude Cowork, not standard Chat. Open Cowork, start a new task, and type that phrase. That triggers onboarding. You'll pick a name, choose your tools (Notion or Google), and answer a few quick questions about your business. After that, just say "Hey [name]" at the start of any future task.
